The sun of my life just setting out
The future is bright no doubt
Though I know not much about this world
but all I've got to say is this Lord
When duty comes calling
When the heavens seem crouching
Hold my tender hands in the storm
Until all Your will I become
The pathway of life
Full of peace and strife
I have seen the rays of light
The hope after the darkest night
This may be a raining day
but this same way
Will lead me to glory
At the end of history
Don't laugh when I fall
I will rise to the master's call
Even in my bitter tears
and in my world of fears
I will hold on when the journey isn't sweet
At the edge of death I won't quit
But to turn back, I say no
